Delivery

Do you offer same-day delivery?+
Yes. Orders placed before 2 PM Monday–Saturday qualify for same-day delivery across Edmonton. Orders placed after the cutoff will be scheduled for the next delivery day.
What areas of Edmonton do you deliver to?+
We deliver across Edmonton and surrounding communities including St. Albert, Sherwood Park, Spruce Grove, and Leduc. Delivery fees vary by zone. See our Delivery Info page for a full breakdown.
Can I choose a specific delivery time?+
We cannot guarantee an exact delivery window, but you can add a delivery note with a preferred time and we will do our best to accommodate. We will contact you when your order is on its way.
What happens if the recipient is not home?+
If no one is available to receive the order, our driver will leave the arrangement in a safe, sheltered location and send you a photo confirmation. If that is not possible, we will contact you to arrange a re-delivery.
Do you offer in-store pickup?+
Yes. You can choose in-store pickup at checkout and select your preferred location. Pickup orders are typically ready within a few hours of placing your order.

Products

How long do fresh flowers last?+
With proper care, most arrangements last 7 to 14 days. We include care instructions with every order and use only fresh imported and locally sourced blooms.
Will my bouquet look exactly like the photo?+
We guarantee your arrangement will closely match what is shown, or exceed it. Seasonal availability may mean some blooms are substituted with flowers of equal or greater quality and value.
Can I add chocolates, a candle, or a greeting card?+
Yes. At checkout you can add a range of gift extras including vases, premium chocolates, soy candles, plush toys, and handwritten greeting cards. Add-ons are shown on the product page.
Can I request a fully custom arrangement?+
Absolutely. Contact us directly with your vision, budget, and occasion. Custom orders are accepted subject to availability and lead time.

Ordering

Do you offer wedding and event florals?+
Yes. We provide bespoke floral design for weddings, corporate events, and private occasions. Browse our Weddings & Events collection or contact us to discuss your requirements.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?+
Orders can be cancelled at no charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup date. For quality concerns after delivery, please contact us within 24 hours with a photo and we will make it right.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. All transactions are processed securely through Stripe.
